	Design Studio
		Our in-house design studio is fully equipped with state of the art PC and Apple Macintosh computers. Using high quality image setting and automated film processing equipment ensures consistancy and quality of the end product. This is of utmost importance when reproducing original designs. We can work directly from a clients origination, or generate images in house.
	Artwork can be sent in numnerous formats such as PDF's, EPS's, JPEG's or hard copies via post. We offer digital proofing to enable clients to pass the final design layouts and giving peace of mind and full control before production. Back to Index


	ColourFlow Systems: Incorporating Pantone Colour Mixing

		Set in a dust free environment, the picture opposite shows an etched stainless steel plate receiving a colour infill in preparation for our curing ovens. Our ColourFlow range of enamels and paints are specially formulated to suit a wide range of atmospheric conditions. Our formulas are designed to be flexible enough to expand and contract. Our paints are resistant to chemicals and scratches meaning they will remain pristine for years to come.

Either give us a pantone code number, or send us a paper sample or your required colour and leave the rest to us.

Anodised Aluminium
Anodising involves an electrolytic process in which aluminium on the surface is converted into aluminium oxide. The treated aluminium has an extremely attractive and decorative appearance. Photomechanical printing is suitable for printing in open anodised aluminium in quantities varying from a number of plates to a small series. This process is capable of the faithful reproduction of extremely fine lines and is readily suited to printing in one colour, a number of colours or even full colour. Larger quantity orders are screen printed into the aluminium sub-straight at a highly competitive price.

	Laser Marking using both Co2 and YAG marking systems
	Laser marking is yet another precise method of achieving high quality images and accurate layouts onto metal, especially when dealing with irregular or curved surfaces. Product marking is very diverse running from industrial marking of components, prestigious awards, business gifs, incentive items in high volume runs. 	Bronze / Bronze Plating
	At Culzean Engraving we can produce plates and plaques in Phosphorous Bronze or alternatively we can use bronze plating techniques using brass as a cost effective solution. Our bronze work offers exquisite detail and depth combined with the rich brown colour that sets bronze plates apart from the rest.
